Sales Team Leader (Outstaff)

Lviv, UA
Office / Remote
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT outstaffing industry with a well-established professional network;
  • 1+ year of experience in mentoring or managing sales team;
  • Written and spoken English on at least B2 level;
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets;
  • Deep knowledge in holding negotiations with international customers from Europe and the USA;
  • Strong expertise in building trusting relationships;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive  work approach with strong attention to details.
Will be a plus:
  • Previous working experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with SaaS projects
What you’ll do:
  • Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations that can contribute to the company’s growth;
  • Proactively establish a client-oriented working approach;
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop; comprehensive outstaff sales plans that drive revenue growth;
  • Manage the team of 2-3 experienced Business Development Managers. Set clear sales targets and KPIs, conduct meetings to monitor work progress regularly, suggest ideas for enhancing the skills and capabilities of team members;
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness; 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients,  provide effective outstaffing solutions and serve as a trusted advisor;
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maximize customer retention by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
