It has been a fantastic experience to work with Redtag on this project. The challenge was building custom functionality specific to the manufacturing industry in Sales-, Service- and Experience Cloud. The deliverables were available ahead of schedule and because of the clear way of communicating and gathering requirements, almost all parts of the project were delivered 'first time right'.
