Requirements:
  • 6+ years of work experience in HR and recruitment;
  • 4+ years of senior management experience;
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices;
  • Experience in development and implementation of People Success strategies. Moreover, establishing HR & Recruitment processes from the scratch, budgeting, driving innovations;
  • Trusted counsel to СEO.
  • English B2-C1 (written and spoken).

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, policies and programs that support the company’s growth and talent needs;
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, including planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, learning and development and HR operations;
  • Partner closely with the executive team to understand business goals and provide strategic guidance on HR management and organizational development initiatives;
  • Drive the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and select top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience;
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, implementing programs that enhance employee skills, engagement and career growth;
  • Manage and optimize HR systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes to ensure HR policies and programs are effective;
  • Fostering a company culture and values.

Developing an Employer brand strategy:

  • to develop and implement effective company strategies;
  • creation of comprehensive branding strategies that meet the company’s goals.
