• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in delivery management (preferably in the tech industry), focusing on consulting or client-facing projects. Sufficient experience as a Project Manager.

• Experience working on Salesforce.

1. Project Planning and Delivery:‍

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria; create and manage detailed project plans and timelines.

2. Resource and Budget Management:

• Allocate resources effectively, optimize budget usage, and ensure proper alignment with project needs and goals.

3. Team Leadership and Management:

• Directly manage the consulting delivery team, including Lead BA, Lead Architect, Lead Consultant, QA specialists, and PMs.
• Conduct regular team performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development initiatives.

4. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

• Provide regular updates to both the stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and status.

5. Quality Control and Performance Monitoring:

• Implement quality assurance measures, track project performance, and ensure adherence to Redtag’s delivery standards.

6. Process Improvement:

• Identify and contribute to improvements in delivery processes and standards for scalable, high-quality project execution.
