- Directly manage the consulting delivery team, including Lead BA, Lead Architect, Lead Consultant, QA specialists, and PMs.
- Conduct regular team performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development initiatives.
4. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to both the stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility into project progress and status.
5. Quality Control and Performance Monitoring:
- Implement quality assurance measures, track project performance, and ensure adherence to Redtag’s delivery standards.
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify and contribute to improvements in delivery processes and standards for scalable, high-quality project execution.
